At The Ridge Academy, we believe that every young person has unique talents and abilities. We are committed to finding, nurturing and growing those talents and abilities in our students.
For learners aged 4 years to 18 years, we do this in a student-centred, world-class learning environment. Our staff are well equipped to enhance learning through the consistent use of best practice teaching techniques which address each student’s particular needs while building academic confidence.
We mentor our students for life in the “real world” through life skills training that is woven into the daily programme at Nyeredzi Ridge.

Finding

Through comprehensive assessments, including aptitude tests, interest inventories, and one-on-one discussions, we uncover the potential within every student.

Once we identify a student’s talents and abilities, our nurturing approach comes into play. We create a supportive and enriching environment where students feel encouraged to explore their interests, take risks, and pursue their passions. Our teachers provide personalized guidance, mentorship, and encouragement, fostering a sense of confidence and self-belief in each learner.
